I seriously cannot put into words how needed Meredith was during this season of my life. She was very knowledgeable and informative through all stages of being pregnant, going into labor and postpartum. There’s no way I would have been able to achieve the goal of having an unmedicated birth without her. She had the perfect intuitions of knowing when to assist but also when I seemed comfortable in my own space. She was so present during my 18hr labor and took the best care of me with massages, words of encouragement and even in the littlest ways such as asking occasionally if I needed chapstick. She advocated for my wishes and desires in the labor room and brought the most peaceful and calming environment. I could go on and on about how incredible she was but I would seriously write a novel lol. Definitely would recommend and I have already requested her to be my doula for my future babies:)

I have endless good things to say about Meredith! If you are looking for a compassionate, calm, respectful, and knowledgeable doula, Meredith is your girl! My husband and I loved having her guide us through having our first child and I couldn't imagine this experience without her! Meredith’s support was SO valuable to us, from hanging twinkle lights in the hospital room, to teaching us laboring positions, to using various pain management techniques during labor, to bringing us food postpartum, the list goes on, and we couldn’t have asked for better! We are so thankful to Meredith, and my husband and I would love to have her there to support us in the birth of any future babies as well :)
