Birth Doula Package One:
Investment: $1,700
(Best for those welcoming their second child or beyond)
Complimentary consultation to ensure we are the right fit for one another.
Two prenatal appointments to discuss birth preferences, informed consent, comfort measures, labor positions, and postpartum planning.
Unlimited text and phone support from the time of hire.
24/7 on-call support from 38–42 weeks.
Continuous labor support, including encouragement, emotional support, advocacy, natural comfort measures (such as labor combs and a TENS unit), positioning suggestions, and breathing techniques.
Birth photography with 20–70 images capturing meaningful moments from your birth experience.
1–2 hours of support immediately following birth.
Lactation and infant feeding guidance.
One postpartum visit (up to 2 hours), typically scheduled within 3-6 weeks after birth.
Optional Add-On: Comprehensive Childbirth Education for $250. Clients who hire me as their doula receive a $50 discount.

Your choice of an additional prenatal or postpartum visit for extra birth preparation, postpartum planning, or processing your birth experience.
TENS Unit Rental – A TENS unit will be provided prior to labor for use during early labor before my arrival. Includes education on proper use and the benefits of TENS therapy for pain management. Learn more about the benefits of a TENS unit in early labor here!!
