  • Text and phone support from time of hire

  • 24/7 on-call from 38-42 weeks

  • Positioning & breathing techniques, encouragement, support, & advocacy through labor

  • Photos at the birth

  • 1-2 hour support after birth

  • Basic lactation guidance

  • 1 postpartum visit: 2 hours (scheduled between 1-2 weeks after birth)
