Birth Doula Package One:
Investment: $1,500
(Best for those welcoming their second child or beyond)
Free consultation to make sure we are the right fit!
2 prenatal appointments to build birth preferences, learn about informed consent, practice laboring techniques, & plan for postpartum
Text and phone support from time of hire
24/7 on-call from 38-42 weeks
During Labor: Encouragement, support, advocacy, & natural pain management techniques (labor combs, TENS Unit), positioning & breathing techniques.
Photos at the birth (20-75 pictures)
1-2 hour support after birth
Lactation guidance
1 postpartum visit: 2 hours (scheduled between 1-2 weeks after birth)
Additional add on available: Childbirth Education for $200. Those who hire me as their doula receive $100 childbirth education.

Investment: $1,800
(Best for first-time parents)
Everything in package one, PLUS:
Your choice of an extra prenatal appointment OR postpartum appointment to continue planning for the birth and or processing after the birth
A TENS Unit given to you before onset of birth to use before my arrival for pain management. Learn about the benefits of a TENS Unit in early labor here!
Extra photos at the birth (75 plus pictures)
