Hey, I’m so grateful you’re here! Being a birth doula is a true passion of mine, and it’s a joy to support and walk alongside families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Birth Doula Packages
Package One:
$1300
Free consultation to make sure we are the right fit!
2 prenatal appointments to build birth preferences, practice breathing/pushing techniques, & plan for postpartum
Text and phone support from time of hire
24/7 on-call from 38-42 weeks
During Labor: Positioning & breathing techniques, encouragement, support, advocacy, & natural pain management techniques (labor combs, TENS Unit)
Photos at the birth (20-75 pictures)
1-2 hour support after birth
Basic lactation guidance
1 postpartum visit: 2 hours (scheduled between 1-2 weeks after birth)
Package Two:
$1500
Everything in package one, PLUS:
Your choice of an extra prenatal appointment OR postpartum appointment
The opportunity to use a TENS unit for pain management prior to my arrival
Extra photos at the birth (75 plus pictures)
